Refund & cancellation policy

Donations to Sincere Academy are voluntary and are generally non-refundable, as funds are put towards our charitable work soon after they are received.

Mistaken or duplicate payments

If you believe a donation was made in error, was a duplicate, or was charged an incorrect amount, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at sincerepgdi@gmail.com or +91 9447 188 313 with your name, phone number and transaction details.

Processing refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. Payment gateway charges, where applicable, may be deducted.
